Last season's Runner up ATK Mohun Bagan have been facing a lot of uncertainty in the future of thier forward stars. Both of thier strikers Roy Krishna and David Williams have been out of contracts since June.
Roy Krishna had already got interests from Mumbai City and FC Goa as reported by Bridge.in. The Fijian was even wanted by some A league clubs. In the case of David Williams initially the club wasn't keen on keeping the Australian international. The scenarios have changed in the past weeks as both of the star forwards who have been teammates for years will continue to be so.
Both Roy Krishna and David Williams are close to commit thier future to ATK Mohun Bagan in the next days. The club has already started preperation for AFC Cup with addition of star Foriegn players like Hugo Boumous and Johni Kauko. They also brought in key Indian players like Amrinder Singh and Liston Colaco which provides them a strong shot at winning the competition.
